2023 Gingko.C Spring International Education Fair

In recent years, with the gradual promotion of the strategy of strengthening talent and opening up policy, it has become urgent to comprehensively improve the level of international education cooperation and exchange, and form a more comprehensive, broader, more level and more active opening up situation of education. In order to fully display the school-running characteristics and advantages of overseas universities, and build a new platform for exchanges and development between universities and students, Gingko College opened the New Chapter of 2023 Spring International Education Exhibition on April 12.

The education fair was organized by Gingko College and organized by the College of Continuing Education and International Exchange and the Chengdu Branch of Guangdong Qide Education Service Co., LTD.The exhibition specially invited dozens of overseas universities from Europe, Oceania, America and Asia, such as France, Switzerland, Britain and Thailand, to gather at Gingko College to give expert lectures and on-site consultation, to help students learn science and answer questions.

The exhibition is supported by the French Consulate General in Chengdu. Mr. Oli Li, director of the Chengdu Center of France Higher Education, and Ms. Wang Yang, Program Officer of Education Promotion and study Abroad Guidance, visited the university and received an interview. Well-known French universities such as Vatel Hotel and Tourism Management Business School and Le Cordon Bleu attended the exhibition.

During his state visit to China from May 5 to 7, French President Emmanuel Macron proposed in the joint statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and the French Republic that, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, China and France will reaffirm the importance they attach to strengthening cooperation in higher education and vocational education, and encourage the development of partnership between Chinese and French institutions of higher learning. We will establish more convenient channels for exchanges between students and teachers of the two countries. Taking this opportunity, this International Education Exhibition aims to deepen practical cooperation in various fields and jointly tackle various challenges. During the talks and exchanges, both sides agreed to actively promote more high-quality cooperation between Chinese and French universities in the fields of inter-university cooperation and academic exchanges, and strive to train students to become open, interdisciplinary and application-oriented international talents.
