Gingko College was Awarded as the Excellent Organization Unit of Volunteer Work for the 6th National College Students Art Exhibition

Hosted by the Ministry of Education and People's Government of Sichuan Province, the 6th National College Students Art Exhibition was successfully held in Chengdu from May 6 to 13, 2021 with High Specification, High Grade & High Level. Gingko College of Hospitality Management, as one of the counterpart host colleges, participated in the venue etiquette and reception service.

Gingko College attaches great importance to this activity and has established a special working group for it. 75 student volunteers were selected and sent to participate in the reception activities, and the total service hours reached 9314 hours. The volunteers gave full play to their strengths, cooperated with each other and put in their best efforts, and successfully completed all the etiquette and reception tasks, fully demonstrating the professional level and service spirit of Gingko volunteers.

The dedication and effectiveness of Gingko College teachers and students were praised by the peer colleges and universities and recognized by the organizers. 30 students and 3 teachers were awarded as Excellent Volunteers and Excellent Instructors respectively. Accordingly, Gingko College was awarded as the Excellent Organization Unit of Volunteer Work, becoming the only private college to receive this honor.
