A demonstration of hotel catering service literacy = Acceptance of teaching and learning results

On January 5th, the "Hotel Catering Culture Season" teaching achievement exhibition activity was successfully held in the Yibin Campus of Ginkgo College.

This activity is another achievement report of the school's talent training model which takes the integration of production and education as the teaching concept and takes formative education as the core. Ginkgo students majoring in Cooking and nutrition education, Hotel Management, Hotel Management and digital operation used their skills in front desk reception and service, Chinese and Western food service, Chinese and Western noodle making, wine and coffee making, etc., to carefully prepare Chinese banquet, Western banquet, buffet banquet and food stall, and presented a wonderful catering feast.
