Our Project Won the Third Prize in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition

On June 16th and 17th, the final round of the 5th "China Creative Wings" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition and the 4th "Yibin Creative Wings" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition was held in Yibin Wine City Theater. The project of "Xiangyuan Butler" won the third prize in the special labor brand competition.

It is reported that there were 338 projects registered and passed the audit of this competition; after the preliminary examination, the organizing committee determined 54 excellent projects to participate in the final. The project "Xiangyuan Butler", which was launched by Chengdu Ginkgo Hotel Management College according to the characteristics of Nanxi cultural tourism combined with the relevant policy guidance of human resources, was also listed among them. The project aims to rely on Ginkgo's rich experience in training talents in the hotel and catering management industry for many years, as well as its diversified talent employment channels, combined with the Yibin campus' premier practical training and practice site, to create a "vocational training + precise employment" labor service model. The model of "vocational training + precise employment" provides a platform to improve the level of hotel catering service industry in Yibin and even the whole southern Sichuan area, solve the labor demand of enterprises and develop the employment skills of people waiting for work.

At the final round, Cao Kai, the project roadshow teacher of our school, gave a fluent and concise roadshow on the "Xiangyuan Butler" project from the perspectives of industry pain points, business model, strategic analysis and development prospect, and received questions and comments from the judges on site. Through fierce competition, the project finally won the third prize of the labor brand special competition with the fourth place.
