Build a comprehensive experimental teaching center for international standard hotels, and the College and enterprises talk about the construction of first-class majors

In order to further improve the quality of hotel management professional construction, on the afternoon of Oct. 20, the Hotel Management Department of Ginkgo College of Hospitality Management joined the college-enterprise cooperation unit (Chengdu Rising Butterfly Hotel, Chengdu Temple House Hotel, Chengdu Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Chengdu W Hotel) to hold a first-class professional construction seminar in Chengdu Rising Butterfly Hotel with the theme of How to build a comprehensive experimental teaching center for international standard hotels and train hotel management professionals in different levels.

At the meeting, the head of the Hotel Management Department of Ginkgo College gave a basic introduction to the International Standard Hotel Comprehensive Experimental Teaching Center, saying that Ginkgo College of Hospitality Management aims to cultivate excellent hotel talents, and hopes that this seminar will be able to collide with enterprises, making the best use of existing teaching resources.

Afterwards, the attending industry guests made suggestions on the theme of the conference. They said that the experimental teaching center provides students with a real hotel environment and a formal operation mode, and it uses the college's own resource advantages to adjust students' cognition of the hotel industry to exercise students' independence and autonomy, and improve students' resistance to pressure ability and professional development ability to stimulate their interest in the industry.

Wei Zhao, Dean of the Ginkgo College, summarized the seminar and fully affirmed the launch of this first-class professional construction seminar, saying that the next step is to think and implement the reform of the first-class professional construction from more dimensions, absorbing the suggestions of various hotel experts and making full use of the resources of the International Standard Hotel Comprehensive Experimental Teaching Center to form more beneficial results.
