Deepen Comprehensive Teaching Reform & Improve Talent Training

Four Talent Training and Teaching Reform Projects of the College Approved by Provincial Department of Education.

Recently, Sichuan Provincial Department of Education published a list of higher education talent training and teaching reform projects in 2018 - 2020, in which, 4 projects of our college have been approved. Among them, Construction and Exploration of Collaborative Education Mode via Deep Integration of Universities and Enterprises Based on the Demand of Tourism and Hotel Industries was the key project, while Exploration on the Construction of Three-dimensional Training System for Language Application of International Talents in the Hotel Industry, Research and Practice on the Innovation of New Mechanism of Collaborative Education for Hotel Management Specialty and the Reform, and Practice of Practical Teaching System of Recreational Sports Specialty in Private Colleges and Universities were the general projects.

Aiming to further promote the construction of first-class undergraduate education in the college, the approved projects focus on the integration of the universities and enterprises and the collaborative education, and lay emphasis on the deep research and exploration of the training mode of applied talents, and on deepening the reform and practice in the core areas and key links of talent training, such as teaching content and curriculum system, with certain foresight and innovation.

The perennial theme of higher education is to improve the quality of talent training and its long-term core task is to strengthen the connotation construction. Next, the college will strengthen the process management of the teaching reform project, ensure the research quality, actively summarize the successful experience of educational and teaching reform, effectively implement the innovative talent training mode, and achieve the determined talent training objectives, thus to give full play to its leading and exemplary role, and constantly improve the talent training of the college.
