Volunteer Work: Gingko Students in the Boao Forum for Asia Global Urban Green Development and Rural Revitalisation Forum General Assembly

Recently, the General Assembly of the Boao Forum for Asia Global Urban Green Development and Rural Revitalisation Forum was held in Chengdu. Co-hosted by the Boao Forum for Asia, the People's Government of Sichuan Province and the World Intellectual Property Organisation, the Congress aims to promote the construction of a new development pattern, promote the integrated development of modern cities and beautiful villages, and help achieve the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

Gingko students from the School of Culture and Tourism participated in this event and volunteered in the Sino-French exchange activities at the Tianyi Thick Garden Art Expo, responsible for leading the reception of the on-site non-legacy projects, the children's fair project, and the Sino-French Symbiotic Image Art Exhibition talks.

During the process, students adhered to the school motto of "service and development, knowledge and action", gave full play to their professionalism, and completed the volunteer work with high quality, which was well received by the guests.

The students also deepened their understanding of multiculturalism and enhanced their international vision and cross-cultural communication skills.
