Won the First Prize! Gingko.C Guide Students Employment Method

On April 11, the final of the 3rd Simulation Competition of Vocational Guidance for Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, hosted by Chongqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Sichuan Human Resources and Social Security Department under the guidance of China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, came to a successful conclusion at Chongqing Yuelai International Conference Center.  This competition is one of the main venue activities of the 3rd Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle Employment and Entrepreneurship Activity Week, with the theme of "Brightening Career · ushering Future".

In this competition,He Song from Gingko College won the first prize through fierce competition in the final.

It is understood that since its launch in March this year, the competition has attracted 825 vocational guides from Sichuan and Chongqing to participate in the competition.  The contestants cover staff of grassroots public employment service platforms, educators of colleges and secondary vocational schools, and HR of enterprises and human resource service institutions.  After the preliminary and semi-final stages, 5 contestants were selected from each of Sichuan and Chongqing regions, which is quite close to the final.

During the preparation for the competition, Gingko.C actively organized the experts in our school to discuss the competition cases online and offline for many times, simulate the competition site, provide comprehensive guidance and training, psychological adjustment and comprehensive logistics services, and help teachers improve their employment guidance ability.  Gingko.C has always attached great importance to the employment and entrepreneurship of college students.  With the purpose of providing high-quality employment guidance services and the goal of good employment for college students, Gingko.C constantly improve the employment and entrepreneurship service system, and adhere to the school-running philosophy of "Empowering the Students & Serving the Society".
